Coaching
Our coaching services offer a variety of approaches, including personalised one-on-one sessions, engaging team workshops, and specialised negotiation training. With the help of our CTKC framework, we help clients move towards Clarity, Trust, Knowledge, and Commitment.
Individual 1-1
Having the space and time to do high-quality, deep-thinking can be challenging for managers balancing busy work schedules with other life commitments. Our 1-1 coaching offers a series of 50-90-minute slots for high-concentration, effective deep thinking and reflecting. Perfect for people weighing up business strategy or career decisions, reflecting on interpersonal conflict, or setting new goals for the future.
Team Coaching
Drawing on cutting edge tools like the Belbin Team Roles, we use a data-driven approach to analyse existing and future team dynamics and to give team members a vocabulary that allows them to communicate conflict effectively without getting personal. These workshops are extremely useful for new teams that have recently formed or for teams that have hit a roadblock and need to reset.
Negotiations
Need to prepare for a really tricky meeting, feedback conversation, or commercial negotiation? We have got you covered. We will help you maximise your preparation in whatever time you have before you need to sit down for that meeting you’re feeling nervous about. We do this through a combination of meeting strategy planning and meeting mock-up rehearsals so that you can bring the best version of you to the table.

Christopher Keller
Christopher is a multi-certified coach who believes that transformational change can be achieved through increased awareness, a change of perspective, and by understanding the (neuroscientific) fundamentals of human nature. In his coaching, he facilitates a Socratic-based dialogue with clients where the majority of interventions he uses are open questions which are aimed at stimulating self-awareness and personal responsibility in the client.
Christopher’s coaching process is grounded in evidence-based cognitive-behavioural, systems, evolutionary, and Gestalt approaches, which he adapts flexibly to whatever the client needs in the moment. He regularly asks clients to provide feedback after sessions and will check-in with them to explore their progress towards what they want to accomplish in their coaching.
FAQs
-
Coaching is a structured, thought-provoking process designed to help you generate your own insights and actions. While consulting gives advice and mentoring shares experience, coaching focuses on helping you think more clearly, make decisions, and grow as a leader or team.
-
We typically work with leaders, senior professionals, founders, and leadership teams from startups to established businesses. If you're looking to grow personally, lead more effectively, or navigate complex team dynamics or negotiations, we can help.
Occasionally, we also provide coaching to junior professionals and students at reduced rates.
-
Most of our sessions are delivered virtually for flexibility and convenience. In-person sessions can be arranged where location and schedules allow.
-
You can expect a confidential space to reflect, challenge assumptions, explore leadership style, identify strengths, and work toward personal and professional goals. Sessions are tailored to your needs.
-
Typically, we meet every 2–4 weeks for 60–90 minutes, depending on your goals and schedule. Packages are customized based on what you want to achieve.

It depends on the goals. 1-1 coaching often runs for 3–6 months or longer. Team coaching is typically 6–12 months. Negotiations coaching can be short-term (1–3 sessions) or part of a broader engagement.
-
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. What you share in coaching stays in coaching — unless you choose otherwise.
-
Your very first call with us - often referred to as a “chemistry call” - is completely free of charge, and will hopefully already give you some additional insight or value beyond getting to know us. So don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange one - you won’t regret it, we promise.
Regarding our pricing: we do not publish our fees as they can vary from client to client. Our rates aren’t cheap but very competitive compared with other offerings in the market. Each year, we also offer a certain number of pro-bono coaching engagements. Feel free to inquire whether you’re eligible.
In general: We do not believe in charging clients by the hour or by the session because for some clients it adds pressure to the individual appointment to yield a “return on investment”. Instead, after an initial exploratory call where goals and timelines for a potential coaching engagement have been discussed, we will quote you a one-off fixed fee for our availability to you for the duration of the agreed period, e.g. 3 or 6 months.
